English for Hotel Staff
In addition to the targeted communications training, we also provide on-going language lessons for line employees in need of general ‘English’ development in the context of their position in the hotel. These can be delivered on site or online via video.

All of our tutors are highly experienced in the language and competences of the hotel sector in order to fulfil our commitment to address the client’s specific needs.

Content
These courses can be tailored to the level, department and requirements of the participants, and our materials are meticulously prepared with a luxury hospitality context in mind.
Levels
Our programme covers total beginners, intermediate and advanced level groups, following an initial assessment with one of our tutors.
Duration
Each programme can be run for 7 or 10 weeks depending on the availability of the team, with sessions ranging from one hour to 1.5h according to their level of English.
