Established in 2001, Impact specialises in delivering bespoke communication training to a wide variety of clients in the hospitality sector, and now works with many of the most recognised names in the industry.

The Impact story began in 1990 while John was studying for a Master’s degree at the London School of Economics, where he started working in a bar part-time. This developed into a new career direction and a decade working in bar & restaurant management in London and Sydney.

In 2001 John moved into staff development training, initially focusing on the English language and communication needs of the London hospitality industry. 

 

Over the years, this has expanded to encompass an extensive range of communication training, designed to address the ever-changing needs of Impact’s clientele. Impact now delivers an extensive range of bespoke training courses to the biggest names in the industry in London, Paris and across the rest of Europe.
