Just launched: Online English for Hospitality

Impact London has been the leader in English language and communication training for the London Hospitality industry for over 20 years, delivering live Hospitality English classes to team members in many of the most prestigious hotels in the capital.

We are now bringing our experience and expertise in this field to an online platform to allow hotel, club and restaurant team members all over the globe to improve their English skills for better communication with guests, clients and colleagues.

Our Online English for Hospitality course has been specifically designed to help staff attain the essential language and communication skills necessary to operate effectively in a five-star environment anywhere in the world.

We have carefully created a series of exercises and activities that improve and enhance the learners’ knowledge of the key language of the 5-star Hospitality industry, covering a wide variety of roles, departments and guest interactions.  We are confident that our learners will develop an extensive range of vocabulary they can use in their daily activities, to enrich the guest experience.
