In addition to our Business English classes, Impact London also deliver foreign language training, designed for both groups and individuals.

London is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world, with visitors from across the globe. This training is designed to make the guests feel at ease, as well as assisting in global business-to-business communication.

Foreign Languages for the Hotel Business

The objective of these courses is to provide staff with the fundamentals of the target language, with a specific focus on the spoken vocabulary needed to successfully assist guests with regular enquiries and common situations.

The participants will be able to deal confidently with a range of common situations involving foreign guests, and will have the language ability to understand and respond to simple requests and questions.

Operating on a similar structure to our Business English classes, All Impact tutors are fluent in both English and the target language, in order to make the learning process as effective as possible.

One-to-one Foreign Language Tuition

In addition to group classes, Impact London deliver individual language tuition to those in need of specific language development, particularly for senior management.

The sessions can be arranged to fit in with the participant’s weekly schedule, and all one-to-one materials are individually prepared to meet the specific needs of the client, and to reflect their roles and responsibilities within the organisation.
