We pride ourselves on providing outstanding classes, which are both enjoyable for the staff and highly beneficial for the client hotel. There are a number of options to develop the language skills of your staff, including:

Business English for the Hotel Profession

These regular courses are tailored to the level and requirements of the participants, and have been designed to help your staff to attain the general language and communication skills necessary to operate effectively in a five-star environment.

All of our trainers are highly experienced in the language and competences of the sector, and our course materials are meticulously prepared in order to fulfil our commitment to address the client’s specific needs.

Courses normally run over 10 weeks, with a 90-minute session each week, delivered at the time most suitable to the hotel’s working patterns.

There are classes available for all abilities, running from Beginners, through Intermediate and Advanced, to Proficiency level. Classes at the higher levels can also work towards a Cambridge ESOL qualification, if required.

Elocution and Pronunciation Training

Designed to complement our regular English sessions, Elocution and Pronunciation training is one of our most popular courses.

Many non-native staff in the five-star industry have excellent English language skills, but still struggle with mastering the intricacies of English pronunciation and diction to the appropriate standard.

The objective of this course is to provide the participants with the tools and techniques to develop and enhance their verbal fluency, with the aim of improving their elocution skills and developing their confidence in key spoken abilities.

One-to-One Business English

Many of our clients at the higher levels of management prefer individual tuition, with a greater degree of flexibility in terms of timetable and class structure.

We provide one-to-one Business English for many senior managers, and are happy to fit the sessions in with their weekly schedule.

In addition, all one-to-one materials are individually prepared to meet the specific needs of the client, and to reflect their roles and responsibilities within the organisation.
